<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated February 1, 1989 and executed by Commercial Properties, Ltd., a Partnership, as t, ,tJ"O
<br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Substitution of Trustee, which was recorded as Document #89-100862, in the Register of
<br />Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 22nd day of February, 1989, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Substitution of Trustee, has received from
<br />Beneficiary, a written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br />as follows:
<br />
<br />East 89.5' of Lot 3 and West 60.5' of Lot 2 in Chief Industries Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
