Kivett, Attorney at Law duly licensed to practice in the State of Nebraska, <br />Trustee, in the exercise of the power of sale conferred upon him, does hereby execute and deliver this <br />indenture, <br /> <br />WITNESSETH THA T: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, for a valuable consideration on August 26, 2002, Odell Donahoo and Mary Kay <br />Shay a/k/a Mary Kay Donahoo, as joint tenants, Trustors, executed and delivered their Deed of Trust to <br />Michael F. Kivett, as Trustee, and CitiFinancial, Inc.
