<br />17 hereaf or abandanment ,of the Praperty, have the right ta callect and retain such rents as they became due and payable.
<br />Upan acceleratian under paragraph 17 hereaf ,or abandanment ,of the Praperty, Lender, in persan, by agent ,or by
<br />judicially appainted receiver shall be entitled ta enter upan, take passessian ,of and manage the Property and ta callect the
<br />rents ,of the Praperty including thase past due. All rents callected by Lender ,or the receiver shall be applied first ta payment
<br />,of the casts ,of management ,of the Property and callectian ,of rents, including, but nat limited ta, receiver's fees, premiums
<br />an receiver's bands and reasanable attarneys' fees, and then ta the sums secured by this Deed ,of Trust. Lender and the
<br />receiver shall be liable ta accaunt ,only far thase rents actually received.
<br />20. Reconveyance. Upan payment ,of all sums secured by this Deed ,of Trust, Lender shall request Trustee ta
<br />recanvey the Property and shall surrender this Deed ,of Trust and all nates evidencing indebtedness secured by this Deed
<br />,of Trust ta Trustee. Trustee shall recanvey the Praperty withaut warranty and withaut charge ta the persan ,or persans legally
