<br />certain trust deed dated 7/23/1993, and recorded on 7/28/1993 as Instrument #

<br />N/A), in Official Records of HALL County, NE.
<br />Legal: LOT SEVENTEEN (17), BLOCK TWO (2), IN MORRIS ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />The undersigned, who is the present beneficiary under said trust deed desires
<br />to appoint a new trustee in the place and stead of the original trustee named
