<br />Now on this 30th day of July, 2003, the above cause of action came on for
<br />Hearing. The Court. finds that due and regular service of process has been made upon
<br />Defendants, Sanchez, by publication according to law. The time for Answer has elapsed
<br />and the Defendants have failed to Answer or otherwise plead. Plaintiff is entitled to
<br />Default Judgment against defendants, Sanchez. The Defendants, Trejo have signed a
<br />deed in lieu of foreclosure and are therefore dismissed from the lawsuit. Evidence is
<br />adduced and the Court, being fully advised, finds that the allegations ofPlaintitT's
<br />Petition are true, that it has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter of this
<br />action and that title to the following described property should become and hereby is
<br />quieted in the name of Bank ofClarks, to-wit:
