<br />when impraperly used, treated, stared, dispased .of, generated, manufactured, trans parted .or .otherwise handled. The wards
<br />"Hazardaus Substances" are used in their very broadest sense and include withaut Iimitatian any and all hazardaus .or taxic
<br />substances, materials .or waste as defined by .or listed under the Enviranmental Laws. The term "Hazardaus Substances" alsa
<br />includes, withaut limitatian, petraleum and petraleum by-praducts .or any fractian thereaf and asbestas.

<br />Improvements. The ward "Improvements" means all existing and future impravements, buildings, structures, mabile hames affixed an
<br />the Real Praperty, facilities, additians, replacements and ather canstructian an the Real Praperty.

<br />Indebtedness. The ward "Indebtedness" means all principal, interest, and ather amaunts, casts and expenses payable under the Nate
<br />.or Related Dacuments, tagether with all renewals .of, extensians .of, madificatians .of, cansalidatians .of and substitutians far the Nate
<br />.or Related Dacuments and any amaunts expended .or advanced by Lp,nder ta discharge Trustar's abligatians .or expenses incurred by
<br />Trustee .or Lender ta enfarce Trustar's abligatians under this Deed .of Trust, tagether with interest an such amaunts as pravided in this
<br />Deed .of Trust. Specifically, withaut limitatian, Indebtedness includes the future advances set farth in the Future Advances pravisian,
<br />tagether with all interest therean and all amaunts that may be indirectly secured by the Cross-Callateralizatian provisian .of this Deed
<br />.of Trust.

<br />lender. The ward "Lender" means Five Paints Bank, its successars and assigns.

<br />.of, and substitutians far the pramissary nate .or agreement. The maturity date .of this Deed.of Trust is. 11-30-2025.

<br />Personal Property. The wards "Persanal Praperty" mean all equipment, fixtures, and ather articles .of persanal praperty naw .or
<br />hereafter awned by Trustar, and naw .or hereafter attached .or affixed ta the Real Praperty; tagether with all accessians, parts, and
<br />additians ta, all replacements .of, and all substitutians far, any .of such property; and tagether with all praceeds (including withaut
<br />limitatian all insurance proceeds and refunds .of premiums) fram any sale or ather dispasitian .of the Praperty.

<br />Property. The ward "Praperty" means callectively the Real Property and the Persanal Praperty.
<br />
<br />Real Property. The wards "Real Praperty" mean the real praperty, interests and rights, as further described in this Deed .of Trust.

<br />Related Documents. The wards "Related Dacuments" mean all promissary nates, credit agreements, loan agreements, enviranmental
<br />agreements, guaranties, security agreements, martgages, deeds .of trust, security deeds, callateral martgages, and all ather
<br />instruments, agreements and dacuments, whether naw or hereafter existing, executed in cannectian with the Indebtedness.

<br />Rents. The ward "Rents" means all present and future rents, revenues, incame, issues, rayalties, prafits, and ather benefits derived
<br />fram the Praperty.

<br />Trustee. The ward "Trustee" means Five Paints Bank, whase address is P.O Bax 1507, Grand Island, NE 68802-1507 and any
