<br />Bar Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated April
<br />30, 2004, executed by EARL SHAFFER a single person, as Trustor, in
<br />which DAWN M. PEARD of Grand Island, Nebraska, is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed was
<br />recorded on May 3, 2004, as Document No. 0200404336, in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, and

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received written request to
<br />reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:

<br />THE WESTERLY THIRTY-SIX FEET (W36') OF LOT SIX (6),
<br />IN BLOCK NINE (9), IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN, NOW CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee,
<br />does hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder.
