Garcia, wife and husband, Trustors under a <br />Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on March 25, 1994 <br />as Instrument No. 94- 102416, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />THE NORTHERLY SIXTY SIX (66) FEET OF LOT ONE (1) IN BLOCK FIVE (5) IN <br />WINDOLPH'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA, <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
