<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Jeffrey A Gav and
<br />Shannon B Gay as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal SavinQs Bank as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated October 27,2003, and recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or Instrument
<br />Number 0200314222 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT
<br />FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in
