<br />and Tanya J Parmele as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank. a Federal Savinqs Bank as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated July 29, 2004, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or
<br />Instrument Number 200407512 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
