<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Larry J Holder and
<br />Bettv R Sandoe as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savinas Bank as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authoritv the beneficiary named therein, dated April 1, 1998, and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or Instrument Number
<br />98-103034 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE
<br />AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book _
