<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, formerly known as
<br />Security Bank, as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated June 28,2000 executed by
<br />Muckel's Aerial, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #200005561 , on the 7th day of
<br />July, 2000, and an Assignment of Beneficial Interest of the Deed of Trust to Five Points Bank
<br />of Hastings, formerly known as Security Bank and recorded recorded July 13, 2000 as
<br />document number 0200005695
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, formerly known as
<br />Security Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank of Hastings, formerly known
<br />as Security Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the
<br />Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />THE EAST 330 FEET OF THE NW1/4, SECTION 33, TOWNSHIP 9 NORTH, RANGE 11
<br />WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
