<br />an assignment said Trust Deed was assigned to Homeside Lending,
<br />Inc. n /k /a Washington Mutual Bank, FA, said assignment recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on
<br />November 1, 2001 as Instrument No. 0200111129; does hereby notify
<br />the above- -named persons of a default in- said Trust Deed, which
<br />Trust Deed was granted upon the following- described real estate,
<br />situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />LOT ELEVEN (11), IN BLOCK ONE (1), IN CUNNINGHAM
<br />SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,

<br />VACATED ALLEY AS SHOWN IN ORDINANCE NO. 6621 RECORDED
