<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Paul J. LaPuzza, Successor Trustee, hereinafter referred to as
<br />Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust Deed hereinafter described,
<br />hereby grants and conveys to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION
<br />SYSTEMS, INC., herein referred to as Grantee, without any covenant
<br />or warranty expressed or implied, all of the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />LOT EIGHT (8), IN BLOCK FIFTEEN (15), OF WALLICH'S
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />this conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by that Trust Deed dated the September 17, 2002 and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on
<br />September 18, 2002, as Instrument No. 0200209933 of the mortgage
<br />records of said county, between Danny Boyce, a single man, as
<br />Trustor, First American Title Insurance Company, Trustee and
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary,
<br />wherein the Trustor granted and conveyed to such Trustee, on the
<br />Trusts therein expressed, the property hereinabove described to
<br />secure, among other obligations, the payment of a certain note and
<br />interest described in said Trust Deed according to the terms
<br />thereof and after the fulfillment of the conditions specified in
<br />the Trust Deed authorizing this conveyance by reason of a breach
<br />and default by the Trustor made under the terms of said Trust Deed
<br />in the particulars set forth in the Notice of Default filed by the
<br />Trustee, which default continued until the time of sale at which
