This Space Reserved for Register of Deeds · <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9016 <br /> <br />An ordinance to create Street Improvement District No. 1258; to define the <br /> <br />boundaries of the district; to provide for the improvement of a street within the district by <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />paving, curbing, guttering, storm drainage, sidewalks, and other incidential work in connection <br /> <br />therewith; to provide for the filing of this ordinance with the Hall County Register of Deeds; and <br /> <br />to provide the publication and effective date of this ordinance. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Street Improvement District No. 1258 in the City of Grand Island, <br /> <br />Nebraska, is hereby created. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />Beginning at the center of Section 13-11-10; thence east on the south line of <br />Faidley Avenue for a distance of Fifty (50.0) feet; thence north on a line <br />perpendicular to the south line of Faidley Avenue for a distance of Eighty (80.0) <br />feet to the north line of Faidley Avenue; thence west on the north line of Faidley <br />Avenue for a distance of Fifty (50.0) feet to the west line of Crane Valley Sixth <br />Subdivision; thence north on the west line of Crane Valley Sixth Subdivision for a <br />distance of Three Hundred Eighty (380.0) feet; thence west on a line <br />perpendicular to the west line of Crane Valley Sixth Subdivision for a distance of <br /> <br />Approved as to Form II <br />November 16, 2005 II City Attorney <br /> <br />
