<br />Trustee, for the benefit of KYLlE J. KRUGER, as Successor Beneficiary, dated August 31, 1999 and
<br />recorded in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0099108799 and by
<br />an Assignment of Deed of Trust and Note dated March 23, 2004 and recorded in the Register of Deeds

<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
