KOENIG, Attorney at Law, as <br />Trustee, for the benefit of KYLlE J. KRUGER, as Successor Beneficiary, dated August 31, 1999 and .:; S 0 <br />recorded in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0099108795, and <br />by Assignment of Deed of Trust and Note dated March 23, 2004 and recorded in the Register of Deeds <br />office of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200402832 has been paid, and the Successor <br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as <br />confirmed py their endorsement below. <br /> <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Successor <br />Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and <br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following: <br /> <br />A tract of land more particularly described: the Northerly 75.8 feet of Lot One (1), Block One <br />Hundred and Eleven (111), of Railroad Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and particularly described as commencing at the iron post which designates the <br />Northeast (NE) corner of said Lot 1, and which is the Southwest (SW) corner of the intersection <br />of Fifth Street and Cleburn Street, running thence in a Westerly (W) direction along the Southerly <br />(S) edge of Fifth Street, 66 feet to an iron pipe which designates the Northwest (NW) corner of <br />said Lot 1, thence at right angles in a Southerly (S) direction and parallel to Cleburn Street 75.8 <br />feet to an iron pipe, thence at right angles in an Easterly (E) direction and parallel to Fifth Street <br />66 feet to the Westerly (W) line of said Fifth Street, thence in a Northerly (N) direction to the point <br />of beginning, said tract herein descried being intended to include all of which would be Fractional <br />Lot 1 of Fraction Block 17, of Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island, if platted and extended <br />on the plat of Rollins Addition, and which is found to lie within the boundaries of the tract having a <br />Northerly (N) frontage of 66 feet on Fifth Street and Easterly (E) frontage of 75.8 feet on Cleburn <br />Street, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />DATED: October ;Z 0 ,2005. <br /> <br /> <br />/1// ~~ <br /> <br /> <br />Susan M.
