<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by LORI SCHRITT, a single person, as
<br />Trustor, to EARL D. AHLSCHWEDE, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, for the benefit of GRAND ISLAND
<br />AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., A Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated October 20,
<br />1998, and recorded in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98-
<br />110233, and by Substitution of Trustee, dated November 8, 2005, whereby Duane A. Burns was
<br />substituted as Trustee, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by their endorsement below.
<br />
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Successor Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and
<br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust inthe following:
