AHLSCHWEDE, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, for the benefit of GRAND ISLAND <br />AREA HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC., A Nebraska Corporation, as Beneficiary, dated October 20, <br />1998, and recorded in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- <br />110233, and by Substitution of Trustee, dated November 8, 2005, whereby Duane A.
