<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the W!&y of November, 2005, U.S. Bank, National Association,
<br />as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston 2004-7, by and through its loan servicing agent, America's Servicing
<br />Company, as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Stephen P.
<br />Wiseman and Erin L. Wiseman as the defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an
<br />accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Stephen P. Wiseman and Erin L. Wiseman, husband and
<br />wife, to New Century Title, as Trustee, for the benefit of Lenders Direct Capital Corporation, as Beneficiary, to
<br />foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above-named defendants, to
