Etmund, <br />deceased, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), the receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, convey, and confirm unto Centura Hills Golf Club, LLC, a <br />Nebraska limited liability company, Grantee, the following described real estate: <br /> <br />The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (SY2NEY4) and the North Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter (NY2SEY4) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Twelve (12), Range <br />Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> <br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, and all of the <br />estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of the said Grantor. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Grantee and to its heirs and assigns <br />forever. <br /> <br />The title hereby conveyed is subject to all easements, restrictions and reservations of record <br />and to applicable zoning ordinances. <br /> <br />Grantor hereby covenants with Grantee that Grantor is the duly appointed, qualified and <br />acting personal representative ofthe Estate of Dorothy A.
