<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, all ofthe indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by

<br />Grand Island Country Meadows, L.L.c.

<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benetit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated June 14,
<br />2005, and recorded June 16, 2005, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200505459, has been paid, and said beneticiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
