<br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed for record October 3, 2005, and
<br />recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />200509807. Said Notice of Default refers to the Deed of Trust executed by Hunter Mullen III and
<br />Bonnie Mullen, as husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Columbus Federal Savings Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary and Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank is the Trustee. The Deed of Trust
<br />was thereafter filed for record October 31, 1990 and recorded in the records of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 90-106249.
<br />
<br />On or about November 5, 1990, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its
<br />right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
<br />The Assignment was recorded November 13, 1990, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 90-106468.
<br />
<br />On or about October 28, 1999, Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation, Beneficiary,
<br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Secretary of Veterans Affairs.
<br />The Assignment was recorded November 1, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0099110535.
<br />
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
