Hutchings, Jr., a/k/a John Hutchings Jr., Deceased, GRANTOR, pursuant to his appointment by the Probate and Family Court of Middlesex County, Massachusetts, and pursuant to his Proof of Authority to exercise the powers of a local Personal Representative in the State of Nebraska filed in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, pursuant to Nebraska Probate Code Section 30-2505, as Case No. PR05-177, conveys and releases to Alan J. Hutchings and David J. Hutchings, GRANTEES, to each an undivided one-half interest as Tenants in Common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. S76-201) all located in Hall County, Nebraska: All of decedent's interest in and to: Parcel 1.
