Hutchings, Executor of the Estate of John E. Hutchings, Jr., a/k/a John Hutchings <br />Jr., Deceased, GRANTOR, pursuant to his appointment by the Probate and Family Court of <br />Middlesex County, Massachusetts, and pursuant to his Proof of Authority to exercise the powers <br />of a local Personal Representative in the State of Nebraska filed in the County Court of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, pursuant to Nebraska Probate Code Section 30-2505, as Case No. PR05-177, <br />conveys and releases to <br /> <br />Alan J. Hutchings and David J. Hutchings, GRANTEES, to each an undivided one-half interest <br />as Tenants in Common, <br /> <br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. All of Lot D of Garden Subdivision of Lot One (I), on Mainland in Section <br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING a tract of land described as follows: Commencing at <br />the Northwest corner of Lot D, thence proceeding in a Southerly direction along said <br />section line a distance of 338.8 feet, thence proceeding East and parallel to the North line <br />of Lot D a distance of 353.5 feet, thence proceeding North parallel to the West line of <br />Section Thil1een (13), a distance of 338.8 feet to the North line of Lot D, thence <br />proceeding Westerly along and upon said North line a distance of 353.5 feet to the place <br />of beginning, and further EXCEPTING that part of Lot D condemned by the City of <br />Grand Island shown in Book R at Page 29 of the Miscellaneous Records of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and subject to one-half.
