<br />THAT WEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Jeffrey L Ross and Mary J
<br />Ross, as husband and wife, to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee for the benefit of
<br />TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger), the Beneficiary named therein dated June 18, 2004 and
<br />recorded June 18,2004 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document Number 200406098
<br />of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary and
<br />named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or
