<br />_ WHEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed. of Trust executed by-
<br />
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIA TION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated January 9, 2004 and recorded January 9, 2004 as _
<br />Instrument # 0200400293, in the office ofthe HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE IN
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Partial Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br />Commencing at a point Fifty-Five (55) feet Northerly from the Southeast corner of Lot Eight (8), in Block
<br />Sixty-Five (65) of the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, running thence
<br />Northerly along the Easterly line of said Lot Eight (8), Twenty-two (22) feet; thence Westerly at right
<br />angles and parallel with the Southerly line of said Lot Eight (8), and Seven (7) in said Block Sixty-five (65),
<br />Ninety-nine (99) feet; thence Southerly at right angles and parallel with the Easterly line of said Lot Eight
<br />(8), Twenty-two (22) feet; thence Easterly at right angles and parallel with the Southerly line of said Lots
<br />Seven (7) and Eight (8), Ninety-nine (99) feet to the point of beginning except a certain tract oflal1d more
<br />particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 91-103092.
<br />
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the
<br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land
<br />described remain as heretofore.
