<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Scott K. Kvols, it's authorized officer, as trustee

<br />under the DEED OF TRUST, dated AUGust 3. 2005. and recorded on AUGust 3. 2005, recorded as

<br />INSTRUMENT NO. 0200507557. in the office of the HALL COUNTY Register of Deeds, State of

<br />Nebraska, and executed by CRAIG M. MCINTYRE AND AMY M. MCINTYRE. husband and

<br />wife. as trustor, in which Pinnacle Bank is named as beneficiary, and said bank, as trustee,

<br />has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey,
