<br />BETTY WICHMANN, a single person; JEANETTE BAHENSKY and RONALD
<br />BAHENSKY, wife and husband; BEVERLY TOBEN and WENDELL TOBEN, wife and
<br />husband; and WANDA KNUTH and DENNIS KNUTH, wife and husband, GRANTORS, in

<br />point of beginning and containing 23.777 acres, more or less.

<br />The above legal description includes 19 0477 acres previously conveyed to Grantees by Grantors
<br />in that certain Survivorship Warranty Deed recorded with the Hall County Register of Deeds
<br />office on February 6, 1996, as Instrument No. 96-100850. The Grantors are now conveying an
<br />additional 4.3 acres to Grantees adjacent to the originally conveyed 190477 acres, which
<br />conveyance constitutes an authorized parcel boundary change.
