Forry, Esq., Vice President of Risk Management of Trihydro <br />Corporation, a Wyoming Corporation, whose principle place of business is 1252 <br />Commerce Drive, Laramie, WY 82070, pursuant to Neb. Stat. Ann. ~52-154, do hereby <br />certify and acknowledge that certain claim of lien, filed in the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, on November 6,2000, instrument number 0200009612, in favor of Trihydro <br />Corporation, claimant, against 2700 W. Second Avenue, Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska and is more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />A tract of land comprising part of the East Half ofthe Northwest Quarter <br />(E ~ NW Yt ) of Section Twenty (20), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M. in Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the <br />intersection of the southerly right-of-way line ofthe Union Pacific <br />Railroad with the East line of said Northwest Quarter (NW Yt); thence <br />northerly along the East line of said Northwest Quarter (NW Yt), a <br />distance of Three Hundred Thirty-nine and Thirty-eight Hundredths <br />(339.38) feet to the Northerly line of Second Street; thence Southwesterly <br />along said Northerly line of Second Street, a distance of Eighty and Three <br />tenths (80.3) Feet; thence deflecting right 05041 '54" and running <br />Northeasterly, a distance of one hundred (100.00) Feet; thence deflecting <br />right 06052'54" and running Northeasterly, a distance of one hundred <br />(100.00) Feet; thence deflecting right 04053'00" and running <br />Northeasterly, a distance of ninety-nine and Thirty-eight Hundredths <br />(99.38) Feet to said Southerly right-of-way line of the Union Pacific <br />Railroad; thence running Northeasterly along said railroad right-of-way <br />lone a distance of Two Hundred Seventy and Thirty-one hundredths <br />(270.31) Feet to the place of beginning. <br /> <br />Subject to easements, restrictions, roads and rights-of-way of record and <br />subject to oil, gas, coal, and other mineral rights as shown in Warranty <br />Deed filed in the office the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in <br />Book 120 at page 3. <br />
