<br />THE MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES. L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company,

<br />herein called the Grantor, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other consideration, receipt

<br />of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
