Sullivan, husband and wife; " 0 <br />Rudolf F. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband and wife; and Tim C. Plate, a single <br />person; hereinafter referred to as the "Declarant". <br /> <br />ARTICLE I. PURPOSE AND NAME <br /> <br />The purpose of this Master Deed and Declaration is to submit additional land herein <br />described and improvements built thereon to the condominium form of ownership and use <br />in the manner provided by the Nebraska Condominium Act. Further, the purpose is to set <br />forth that additional units and real estate owned by others can be added by an Addendum <br />to this Master Deed and Declaration. The name by which this condominium is to be <br />identified is Westwood Park I Condominiums, a condominium. INVOLVED PROPERTY <br /> <br />The land owned by Kenneth Shuda, now a married person, which was previously <br />submitted to the condominium is described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Twenty-two (22) and Twenty-three (23), <br />Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />The land owned by Rudolf F. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband and wife, and <br />Tim C. Plate, a single person, which was previously submitted to the condominium and <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />The additional land owned by Larson Construction, Inc., A Nebraska corporation, <br />is submitted to the condominium and described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot Twenty-one (21), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />ARTICLE III. NUMBER OF UNITS <br /> <br />The anticipated number of units to be created is thirty (30).
