AMENDED MASTER DEED AND DECLARATION ~::> This Amended Master Deed and Declaration, made by Larson Construction, Inc., i ~ ~S': A Nebraska corporation, Kenneth Shuda and Christy L. Sullivan, husband and wife; " 0 Rudolf F. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband and wife; and Tim C. Plate, a single person; hereinafter referred to as the "Declarant". ARTICLE I. PURPOSE AND NAME The purpose of this Master Deed and Declaration is to submit additional land herein described and improvements built thereon to the condominium form of ownership and use in the manner provided by the Nebraska Condominium Act. Further, the purpose is to set forth that additional units and real estate owned by others can be added by an Addendum to this Master Deed and Declaration. The name by which this condominium is to be identified is Westwood Park I Condominiums, a condominium. The land owned by Rudolf F. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband and wife, and Tim C. Plate, a single person, which was previously submitted to the condominium and described as follows: Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The additional land owned by Larson Construction, Inc., A Nebraska corporation, is submitted to the condominium and described as follows: Lot Twenty-one (21), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. ARTICLE III. NUMBER OF UNITS The anticipated number of units to be created is thirty (30). The number of units previously created was fourteen (14), with another two (2) being created herein, and by 1
