<br />Beginning at a point being thirty three (33.0) feet East and thirty three feet
<br />South of the Northwest corner of the North Half (N 1/2) of Fractional
<br />Section Thirty (30.0), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West,
<br />said point being the intersection of the easterly right-of-way line of Webb
<br />Road and the southerly right-of-way line of Whitecloud Road; thence
<br />southerly along the easterly right-of-way of said Webb Road, a distance of
<br />nine hundred thirty seven and three tenths (937.3) feet to a point on the
<br />northerly line of a tract of land as described in Deed Book 164, Page 512,
<br />recorded in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office.

<br />The above-described easement and right-of-way containing 0.032 acres,
<br />more or less, as shown on the plat dated 10/24/2005, marked Exhibit
<br />"A", attacheti hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />
<br />together with the following rights:
<br />
<br />Grantee shall have unrestricted ingress and egress to the above-described
<br />
<br />easement and right-of-way for any purpose necessary for the surveying, construction,
<br />
<br />inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, relocation, extension, removal, and
<br />
<br />operation of such public utilities and appurtenances. Such rights of ingress and egress
<br />
<br />shall be exercised in a reasonable manner.
<br />
<br />Grantee shall have the right to excavate and refill ditches and trenches
<br />
<br />necessary for such public utilities and appurtenances; to remove, clear, and keep clear,
<br />
<br />trees, bushes, hedges, undergrowth, and/or any other obstructions interfering with the
<br />
<br />sun/eying, cons~ructi()r:, i:lspcction, maintenance, repair. replacement, re!c':;3tioi"i,
<br />
<br />extension, removal, and operation of such public utilities and appurtenances.
<br />
<br />Grantor shall have the right to use the easement and right-of-way for purposes
<br />
<br />not inconsistent with Grantee's full enjoyment of the rights herein granted, provided that
<br />
<br />Grantor shall not allow any structures, buildings, combustible materials, or other
<br />
<br />property of any kind whatsoever, to be erected, constructed, placed, stored, or
<br />
<br />accumulated in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath, or through the easement
<br />
<br />and right-of-way herein granted.
