<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

<br />You are hereby notified that Linda Boyce a/k/a Linda M. Boyce, a single person, Trustor, did on
<br />or about December 3, 2003, make, execute and deliver to Old Republic National Title Insurance
<br />Company, as Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following described real
<br />property:
<br />
<br />"Part of Lot 10 of the County Subdivision of a part of the South one-half (S 1/2) of Section 5, in
<br />Township 9 North, Range 9, West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest comer of Lot 10 thence in an Easterly
<br />direction along and upon the North line of Lot 10, a distance of 181.5 feet which is the point of
<br />beginning; thence Southerly 66 feet; thence Easterly 140 feet; thence Northerly 66 feet; thence
<br />Westerly along and upon the North line of Lot 10 a distance of 140 feet to the point of beginning"
<br />
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Argent Mortgage Company, LLC,
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on December 10, 2003 as
<br />Instrument No. 200315917, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. That all beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust was subsequently and duly assigned to
<br />CitiFinancial Mortgage Company, Inc., which Assignment is dated October 27, 2005 and recorded on
<br />November 1, 2005 as Instrument No. 2005-10808 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Douglas
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which
<br />the trust property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments which were contractually due on July 1, 2005 through November 1, 2005, together with
<br />interest accruing thereon.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary herein has, pursuant to the Nebraska Trust Deeds
<br />Act, appointed Michael F. Kivett, Attorney at Law, as Successor Trustee, and that notice is hereby given
<br />that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid
<br />principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and payable and has elected to sell or cause
<br />to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
