......~ . ..- 200511064 Trustor's failure to keep a promise or covenant in the Deed of Trust, to-wit, Trustor's agreement that all payments under the "Secured Debts" identified in the Deed of Trust will be paid when due and in accordance with the terms of such "Secured Debts" and the Deed of Trust. Payments under the "Secured Debts" identified in the Deed of Trust have not been paid when due and in accordance with the terms of such "Secured Debts" and under the Deed of Trust, including, without limitation, principal and interest payable in connection with such "Secured Debts". Principal and interest totalling $23,565.33 was past due on July 27, 2005, and on that date the total outstanding balance of principal and interest in connection with such "Secured Debts" was declared due and payable by the beneficiary under the Deed of Trust. Such total outstanding balance of principal and interest has not been paid, and there presently remains due and owing to such beneficiary the total sum of $134,005.89, as of the 1st day of November, 2005, which sum represents the entire unpaid balance of principal and interest due and owing in connection with such "Secured Debts". The undersigned trustee, at the request of the beneficiary under the Deed of Trust, hereby gives notice of its election to sell or cause to be sold the Trust Property to satisfy such obligation.
