Phillips, a single person, Trustor under a Deed of Trust recorded <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 7, 1998 as Instrument No. 98- <br />106632, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOT FOUR (4), IN BLOCK TWO (2), OF GEORGE LOAN'S SUBDIVISION IN THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust.
