Deleon, a single person, Trustor under a Deed of Trust recorded <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on January 28, 1997 as Instrument No. 97. <br />100593, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to~wit: <br /> <br />LOT ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THREE (153), BUENAVISTA SUBDIVISION, AN <br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust.
