Winfrey and Violet <br />Winfrey filed a Petition in Intervention in an action in the District Court of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, Case No. CI05-673, against, among others, David Reimers and Julie Reimers, <br />Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose a certain real estate installment <br />sales contract of $49,000.00, on the following described real estate, to wit: <br />Lot 8, Block 9, Rollin's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, commonly addressed as 812 West 5th Street, <br />Grand Island, NE 6880 I, <br />wherein Doyle L. Winfrey and Violet Winfrey, husband and wife, are Sellers, and David <br />Reimers and Julie Reimers, husband and wife, are Purchasers, dated July 21, 1999. <br />Notice of said Installment Sales Contract was duly filed of record in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on August 17, 1999, and recorded as <br />document number 99-108283. Doyle L. Winfrey and Violet Winfrey claim that there is <br />now due and owing on said Real Estate Installment Sales Contract the sum of <br />$27,814.59, and among other things the Winfreys pray that their interest in the real estate <br />be declared a first lien against said premises described and that the property and real <br />estate be sold to satisfy the amount found due on said Real Estate Installment Sales <br />Contract, plus interest and costs.
