The Financing Statement Covers the Following Types (or Items) of Property: <br /> <br />That portion of the properties, ~ccounts, general intangibles, investment property, <br />securities, chattel paper or instruments of Debtor which is evidenced by, arises from, or is <br />either directly or indirectly attributable to that Lease-Purchase Agreement by and <br />between Debtor and the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, dated as of July 12, 2005, as <br />amended and supplemented by that Addendum to Lease Purchase Agreement, dated as of <br />October 1, 2005, (together, the "Lease Purchase Agreement") that License and Easement, <br />dated November 1, 2005, from the Library Board of Grand Island, Nebraska, to Debtor, <br />and any and all cash, negotiable instruments, securities, deposit accounts or other cash <br />equivalents of Debtor held by Secured Party as described in and provided for under the <br />terms of that Trust Indenture and Security Agreement, by and between. Debtor and <br />Secured Party, dated as of October 1, 2005, and all goods which may become fixtures, <br />fixtures, furniture and equipment, including the library addition building and all related <br />structures and improvements, now owned by Debtor or hereafter acquired and leased by <br />Debtor to the City of Grand Island pursuant to said Lease-Purchase Agreement. Any such <br />fixtures and goods which may become fixtures are or are to be located on the real estate <br />described in item 14. <br /> <br />14. The real estate on which fixtures and goods are or are to be located is described as follows: <br /> <br />Lots Three (3), Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), Block Seventeen (1-7), Arnold and Abbott's <br />Addition and its complement thereto, Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block One (I), Arnold Place and <br />the vacated alley to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; and, <br /> <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), 1brec (3), Four (4) and Eight (8), Block Sixteen (16) Arnold and <br />Abbott's Addition and Lots Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight <br />(8), Block Two (2), Spaulding and Gregg's Addition and Lot eight (8), Block Two (2), Arnold <br />Place and the vacated alley to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; and, <br /> <br />Vacated Washington Street between West Second Street and West Third Street to the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />
