Price and Katina L. Price, husband and wife, Trustors under a <br />Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Rail County, Nebraska, on February 4, 1998 <br />as Instrument No. 98-100911, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOTS THREE (3) AND FOUR (4), BLOCK ELEVEN (11) IN THE FIRST ADDITION <br />TO WOOD RIVER, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
