<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by DENNIS
<br />BRUNS and ANN BRUNS, HUSBAND AND WIFE to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska
<br />Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated May 10, 2005, and recorded May 12, 2005 in the office

<br />been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
