PEDERSEN and PAMELA M. PEDERSEN, husband and wife, as <br /> <br /> <br />joint tenants, ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK <br /> <br /> <br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a <br /> <br />loan made to Assignor by Assignee in the amount of $ 200.000.00 <br /> <br />, the Lease dated <br /> <br />OCTOBER 28, 2005 , 2005, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Assignors are <br />the Lessees, pertaining to the following-described premises: <br /> <br />Lot Eighteen (18), having a lake front footage of Seventy-Five (75') Feet, <br />which said lot is situated on the East side of the West portion of Kuester <br />Lake, and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter <br />(E1/2SW1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range <br />Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, and is bounded on <br />the Easterly side by the common road. <br /> <br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $ 200 I 000.00 <br />with interest and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to <br />the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void <br />and of no further force nor effect. <br /> <br />DATED: OCTOBER 28 <br /> <br />,2005. <br /> <br />/UJ! {)~ <br /> <br />GORDON H.
