<br />Trustee of the Helene Peterson Revocable Trust dated April 30, 2004, hereby sells, sets over, and
<br />assigns unto Gordon H. PeM3rsen and Pamela M. P.rsen, husband and wife, as joint tenants, the

<br />A. All of our lease rights wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. was the Lessor and
<br />Helene M. Peterson or Ernest W. Peterson, as Trustee of the Helene
<br />M. Peterson Revocable Trust dated April 30, 2004, was the Lessee,
<br />and pertaining to:

<br />Lot Eighteen (18), having a lake front footage of 75 feet, which said lot is situated
<br />on the East side of the West portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of the
<br />East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1/2SW1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), in
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and is bounded on the Easterly side by the common road,
<br />
<br />such lot being as shown on the plat in the possession of Kuester Lake, Inc.
<br />
<br />B. All improvements on said above-described premises.
<br />
<br />C. Any other personal property situated on or about the improvements on said
<br />premises.
<br />
<br />D. Stock Certificate No. 107 for 225 shares of the common stock of
<br />Kuester Lake, Inc.
<br />
<br />I warrant that I am the owner of the above-described property, improvements and personal
<br />property on the above-described premises; that I am entitled to sell the same; that said property is
<br />free of all liens and encumbrances; and that I will warrant and defend the title to said property
