<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated October 19, 2001, executed by Tessa Taylor, a Single Person, as Trustor, in
<br />which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on October 29, 2001,
<br />recorded as Instrument No. 0200110916, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot One (1) in Block Sixteen (16) in Packer and Barr's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 31 st of October, 2005.
