<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by KEVIN ~'-
<br />WOODWARD CONSTRUCTION and CUSTOM RENOVATIONS, INC, a Nebraska
<br />corporation, to Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of HASTINGS
<br />VENTURES, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />May 9, 2005, and recorded May 9, 2005, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200504181, has been paid, and the said Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following-described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:

<br />Lot Three (3), Block Two (2), Woodland Park First Subdivision, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />
<br />toget~er with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premIses.
