Dethlefs, a single person, in which Five <br />Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #97-108888 on the 24th day of <br />October, 1997, and <br /> <br />S' <br />.:s- <br />o <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned <br />as follows: <br /> <br />The North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NYlSW14NW14) of Section Nine (9), <br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West ofthe 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a <br />certain tract deeded to the State of Nebraska as recorded in Deed Book 77, Page 61 and excepting a certain <br />tract deeded to the State of Nebraska as recorded as Document #93-108863 <br /> <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 31 st day of December, 1998. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ~ <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br /> <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 31 st day of December, <br />1998, by Edward M.
