<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />ROBERT J CLARK AND LAURIE A CLARK. HUSBAND AND WIFE to
<br />Arend RBaac~ Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />OCTOBER 16. 2001 and recorded OCTOBER 25. 2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200110818 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
