<br />AND FULL RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, LORI K. RADKE and RICHARD J. RADKE JR., wife and husband, were the
<br />original Trustors and GREGORY H. PERRY, the original Trustee and PRECISION SIDING
<br />AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (the "Beneficiary "), under that certain Deed of Trust
<br />dated February 16,1994, and recorded on March 21, 1994, under Instrument No. 94- 102261
<br />with the Hall County Register of Deeds, State of Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned is the present Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust and desires
<br />to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trost in place and instead of GREGORY H.
<br />PERRY; and
<br />themselves
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned hereby substituteskj"wmjd as Trustee under said Deed
<br />of Trust and does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held bytim thereunder.
