<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a certain Agreement for Sale of Real
<br />Estate dated December 11, 2003, BRADLEY T. JONES and KRISTI L. JONES, husband and
<br />wife, have granted to GERALD S. JONES, TRUSTEE OF THE GERALD S. JONES
<br />REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2003, AS
<br />AMENDED and PATRICIA L. JONES, TRUSTEE OF THE PATRICIA L. JONES
<br />REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2003, AS
<br />AMENDED a right of first refusal to buy the following described real estate, pursuant to the
<br />terms and conditions set forth in said Agreement for Sale of Real Estate, to -wit:
