<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the day of December, 2003, The Provident Bank,
<br />an Ohio banking corporation, d/b /a PCFS Financial Services, Inc., as plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Diane L. Tagge, Douglas Hand, Trustee, and
<br />Beneficial Nebraska, Inc., d/b /a/ Beneficial Mortgage Co., Beneficiary, as defendants, the object
<br />and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said
<br />Diane L. Tagge, a single person, to Mark Haseltine, Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Mortgage Corp.,
<br />Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above -
<br />named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the
<br />satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that
<br />such deed of trust is dated November 30, 1999 and was recorded December 8, 1999, as Instrument
<br />Number 0099111643 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such
<br />beneficiary the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />LOTS 4,5 AND 6, OF SHADY LANE SUBDIVISION, HALL OCUNTY (sic),
<br />NEBRASKA. A.P.N. #: 400215640;
<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment recorded
<br />on December 8, 1999, as Instrument Number 0099111644 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
