<br />GRANTEE, NICHOLAS B. ALEXANDER, CO- TRUSTEE OF THE ALEXANDER FAMILY
<br />TRUST DATED DECEMBER 9, 1982, AS AMENDED DECEMBER 31,1985; JUNE 28,
<br />1988; APRIL 16, 1991, AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, conveys to GRANTEE the
<br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N'V2NE' /4) of Section Seventeen
<br />(17), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with the GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from
<br />encumbrances, except easements and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against any acts
<br />of the GRANTOR.
