<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged the undersigned, MARION L. FOX ( "Assignor ") hereby assigns, transfers and
<br />conveys to FIVE POINTS BANK, TRUSTEE OF THE MARION L. FOX REVOCABLE
<br />LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER Ile,-', 2003, AS AMENDED,
<br />( "Assignee ") all of Assignor's right, title and interest in and to that certain Deed of Trust dated
<br />December 29, 1997, executed by Tim C. Plate, as Trustor, in favor of Charley W. Fox, as
<br />Beneficiary. Said Deed of Trust is recorded in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds
<br />as Instrument No. 97- 110965 and which Deed of Trust was assigned to Assignor by Assignment
<br />of Deed of Trust dated October 24, 2003 and recorded in the Office of the Hall County Register
<br />of Deeds as Document No. 0200314278 and recorded against the following described real estate,
<br />to wit:
<br />The Easterly Fifty -Two (52) Feet and Ten (10) Inches of Fractional Lot Eight (8)
<br />in Fractional Block Thirteen (13) of Rollins' Addition and its complement, a part
<br />of Fractional Lot Eight (8) in Fractional Block Four (4) in Arnold and Abbott's
<br />Addition, both being Additions to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska and being a rectangular tract of ground having a southerly frontage of
<br />Fifty -Two (52) Feet and Ten (10) Inches on Fourth Street in said City and a depth
<br />of One Hundred Thirty -Two (132) Feet, as surveyed, platted and recorded;
<br />Lots B, C, and D in Jones Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, commonly known
<br />as 409 and 411 W. Louise, 501, 503, 509 and 511 S. Cedar, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />The Northerly Fifty -Six Feet (N56') of the East Half of Block Ten (10) in
<br />Pleasant Home Subdivision of Part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(E1 /2SE1 /4) of Section Twenty -One (21), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range
<br />Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot One Hundred Thirty -Eight (13 8) in Buena Vista Subdivision, an Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />All of the Southerly Ninety -One and Five Tenths Feet (91.5') of Fractional Lot
<br />Five (5), in Fractional Block One Hundred (100), in Railroad Addition and its
<br />complement, to -wit: Fractional Lot Five (5) in Fractional Block One Hundred
<br />(100) in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition, both being Additions to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />Lot Four (4) in Block One Hundred Three (103) in Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
